Description

The U4280BM is an integrated circuit in BICMOS technology for frequency synthesizer.

It performs all the functions of a PLL radio tuning system and is controlled by I2C bus.

U4280BM AM / FM - PLL Description The U4280BM is an integrated circuit in BICMOS technology for frequency synthesizer.
